This window is designed for bonded installation, the industry-standard method for motorhomes and van conversions:
Ensure your side panel has a clean opening of 800 × 270 mm (or slightly larger for clearance).
Thoroughly clean the bonding surface to remove dust, old adhesive, grease or wax.
Apply a suitable automotive-grade window adhesive designed for bonded glass installation.
Position the window carefully and press evenly to create a complete seal.
Use temporary supports or tape to hold the glass in place while the adhesive cures (typically 4-12 hours depending on adhesive).
Finish the inside edge with U-trim or your preferred internal finishing method for a factory-clean appearance.
If you’re not experienced with bonded window installation, a professional fitter or conversion workshop can assist.
